EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a product, you can do so within 14 days from the date of receipt, but you can exchange a product only for the same model in a different size. For return and exchange a product, please read our Exchange section and send a message to our Customer Service with your order number. The return cost of the exchanged product is paid by the Customer. The returned product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Please include a purchase invoice for shipment. After our approval of the return of your product and shipment of a new product, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

RETURNS

If you wish to return a product, you can do so within 14 days from the date of receipt. For return a product, please read our Returns and send a message to our Customer Service with your order number. The cost of product return is paid by the Customer. The returned product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Please include a purchase invoice for shipment. After our approval of the return of your product, you will receive a confirmation email and the equivalent of your purchase price will be returned into your bank account within a few days.

REFUNDS
     
Once your item has been received we will refund you by your original payment method. Payments can take up to 5 working days to process.


EXCHANGES AND RETURNS OF LINGERIE

Due to hygenic and healthy reasons we do not accept the exchange / return of the purchased lingerie, both the briefs and bras. Customer may only exchange / return it, if it is still packed originally and with all original labels still by the products.
